This includes both vacant lots and lots with distressed single-family structures that can be demolished to make way for new multi-family buildings.

Underwriting and Planning

We analyze each opportunity in detail before moving forward. This includes evaluating construction costs, projected value, and market demand to ensure the deal meets our investment criteria.

We also assemble the project team and align all key components early, including design, construction, and financing, to ensure the project is properly planned and ready to move forward.

Design and Permitting

Our developments are designed based on the target renter and local market demand, with a strong focus on Los Angeles, where there is a shortage of larger multi-family units.
