For projects with ADUs, our team designs each unit to fit the lot and local regulations. While permits are in progress, we continue work on the main house to maintain efficiency.

Property Sale

Once construction is complete, the property is staged and professionally prepared for sale.

We take high-quality photos of the finished property and market it to qualified buyers to achieve the highest possible resale value.
